I have always stayed at hotels, but this year I want to rent a villa. What is different than hotel holidays?
Villas offer a unique holiday experience, with your own private pool and grounds, the villa is your ‘home away from home.’ Unlike the same boring hotel rooms, these beautiful villas offer more space to spread out, more privacy, and all of this 5-star comfort comes at a fraction of the cost!
I’ve booked a villa, how am I going to get there from the airport?
Once you’ve booked a villa, you will receive a confirmation letter with all the details about the villa’s address and our ground managers’ phone numbers. You can either arrange your transfers to the address we provide, or you can let us organize this for you. We work with the most reliable and affordable priced transportation companies on each holiday destination. You will be charged on local prices for airport transfers. Please bear in mind that some of the villas offer airport transfers free of charge. So please check the “inclusive services” section on the villa you would like to rent to see if the villa offer this service free of charge.
I don't want to face with unpleasant surprises at the end of my vacation like electric bill or service charge or tax etc. Are your rates all inclusive?
Unlike booking channels such as Flipkey, Travelmob, Airbnb etc. Super Holiday Villas does not charge anything extra for their service. All of our prices on our site you see are the final prices. There won’t be any government taxes or service charges on top of these prices. But some villas do not offer unlimited electric usage. You might end up paying for the electric that you use at some of the villas you see listed with us. So please check “Extra Services” section on each villas’ page to see if there is any hidden fees etc. to avoid unpleasant surprises.
I like a villa from the pictures but I am afraid the villa is different than the pictures. How accurate are the pictures you have?
As you see we have hundreds of villas throughout Southeast Asia. Since this is the case we cannot really guarantee you that nothing has changed, we can assure you that we are working with only top-quality villas. In most cases, the villas are BETTER than the pictures, as it is not easy to capture the grandeur of the living space or the beautiful views from each bedroom. Please contact us for more pictures of the villa you would like to rent so we can obtain them from the owner for you.
I see only daily prices on your website, is it possible to rent a villa weekly or monthly basis? Am I get a discounted price for longer term bookings?
Most Holiday Villas are priced for short-stay accommodation. Where possible, we provide information on weekly and monthly rates as offered by individual owners.
We are coming with our baby. Where can I find a baby cot and baby chair?
Super Holiday Villas works with each villa owner to provide availability of even the toughest requests. From baby cots to pool fences, from wheelchairs to special meals, we can work with you to ensure you holiday needs are met to your satisfaction.
What is your cancellation policy?
Each villa has their own cancellation policy, which we will present to you with your invoice before you pay your initial booking deposit.
Do we have to bring our towels or linens?
No problem, every villa provides towels and linens and a cleaning service to ensure you have clean linens on a regular basis.
How secure are your villas? I am going to stay with my family and I need security.
Many of our villas are located within secure, gated communities with 24 hour security personnel. Many other villas have their own individual security systems. In all of our experience, we have yet to even hear of a problem with security. Though we still recommend you to place your valuables in secure places to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
The villa I'd like to rent has minimum 3 nights stay policy but I want to stay for less than 3 nights. Do you have exceptions?
Most of the owners do not want to deal with less than 3 nights booking since it’s too much work to clean the villa before and after the client, make all the staff ready etc. Though there are some owners accept less than minimum rental term on some extra surcharge. Some of them might just accept it simply because your term fits perfectly to their calendar. So please contact us to find out if it’s possible to rent the villa you like for less than minimum rental term.
