The smaller villa has two en-suite double bedrooms. The property comfortably sleeps 12 people using all the 6 bedrooms, however may be rented by a couple requiring ultimate luxury and privacy.

The villa features a huge living room with spectacular sea views, beautifully-landscaped gardens, a pool room complete with bar, an exercise room, and even a private cinema. Spacious balconies are furnished with luxurious sun beds and lounge suites. Beautiful Asian and Western furnishings, hardwood floors and traditional vaulted ceilings create an amazing atmosphere.

On the upper level of the villa a sitting room opens out to create a perfect place for entertaining friends or just to relax before dinner. An entertainment room has a pool table with a bar close by for a friendly challenge in the evenings. There is also a range of exercise equipment if you need a light workout.
A superb Bose sound system has speakers in the indoor and outdoor living areas. DVD and CD players and iPod docks are in the major bedrooms.

On the lower lawn there is a 30 meter all weather chipping and putting area and loads of room for children’s running and playing on the extensive grounds.

There is air conditioning, 24 hour security, parking for 6 vehicles and a backup generator to ensure your comfort and privacy are always a priority. The villa is attended by 8 staff members and a private chef.
